Order Fulfillment & Shipping.
We strive to ensure that your orders are fulfilled worldwide and delivered as efficiently as possible. For customers in the US, your order will be produced and shipped by a US-based supplier. For our international customers, particularly those in Europe, we aim to route your order to a nearby supplier to minimize shipping time. However, this is subject to availability. If an exact match of your product is not available from our European suppliers, we will not be able to route your order locally. In such cases, European customers may experience a shipping time of 10 to 30 days from our other suppliers. Our commitment is to maintain high standards of quality, color, and material, ensuring you receive your products promptly and with consistent quality, no matter where you are in the world.
Order Modification or Cancellation.
Once an order has been placed, modifications or cancellations may not always be possible due to our fast order processing times. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once the order is in production or has been shipped.
